The Miniat family of companies are leaders in the food ingredients industy. Nearly a century after it’s inception this fifth-generation family business had grown into two companies and needed to restore its all-important family feel.
Their answer was a new manifesto — Driven to Serve — which launched first internally and then through 4 multilingual sites.
Among them was an intern microsite for the company’s youngest prospective hires, and an umbrella site highlighting the reinvigorated corporate culture and family heritage.
Some exterior architecture was also requested to reinforce Miniat’s commitment to their community, by beautifying it’s South Chicago Packing corporate office’s facade — and South Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood by extension.
